Happy Solstice!

As most of you know, I sit in ceremony everyday. It is my sacred practice for meditation, atunement and inner-connection. Yesterday, I was guided to record this transmission and to share it with you. I feel that it is a transmission to facilitate heart opening and inner connection. At the minimun, you may notice your energy shift to a more centered and calm state.

I highly recommend that you listen to this transmission when you have about 7 minutes to sit or lay down in a private, quiet space without distractions. You may do it at any time of the day that you have a little quiet time for yourself. I also find that the early morning hours before I engage in the daily routine or before bedtime after turning off all devices and diming the lights to wind down, are ideal times for the nervous system and body to receive. You may use headphones or earphones for a deeper experience.
